RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a money refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, and unlimited size exchanges (no time limit and no limit on the number of times you may need to exchange, as long as it's before the date of your event). Items must be unworn with tags still attached. We don't do any exchanges/refunds/compensations after the date of your event.

Should you wish to return or exchange the goods, please fill in returns/exchanges form that came with your order and send it back to us with the items you're returning, to the address on the form.

For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returned tights, socks, gloves and underwear in unopened packaging, with seal intact.

Please note that sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
